Brands don't get much more iconic than Country Road and ONE68 have been part of the much-loved Australian Retailer's sustainable store fitout journey since 2019. 

The Country Road brand continues to redefine sustainable fashion and design in a bid to become a global leader in sustainability. Part of this commitment is via their store delivery and ONE68 are proud to support this quest not only by being a committed store fitout partner, but through obtaining our own corporate sustainability accreditation for the imported joinery, fittings and fixtures used in these store fitouts.

In 2019 Country Road became the first Australian fashion retailer to open a 5 Star Green Star Design Review rated store, certified by the Green Building Council of Australia, marking an important milestone for the brand and the broader fashion retail industry. At the beginning of 2024, the brand secured 6 Star Green Star ratings for their Highpoint and Ballarat stores, both proudly fitted out by ONE68. We share this commitment to sustainability and have undergone an extensive certification process to achieving a GreenRate Level C for our imported joinery products. As sustainable fashion surges, Country Road plans to open many more 6 Star Green Star stores, replicating the design features and materials of these two stores. We look forward to joining them on this sustainability journey and hope that this innovative Retail space will inspire others and grow the industry.
