Our Owners
Kent has been the Chief Executive Officer of ONE68 since inception in 2003. He oversees the operations of the company, formulates policies and planning while interfacing between the Board, employees and clients. Kent is also responsible for the management of the company’s financial and physical resources.
A qualified carpenter and joiner, Mitchell worked onsite for 8 years before founding his first shopfitting business in 1992. In 2003, he joined forces with Kent and Rod and together they established the ONE68 Group. Mitchell remains active in the business, overseeing areas of operations and stepping in to manage key projects as required.
Rod has been a professional in the building industry for 21 years. He holds a Commercial Builders Licence and a Cert III in Occupational Health & Safety. His vast experience in the industry ranges from project management, design, estimating and sourcing product to management of the factory and construction process. His oversight of the construction process ensures all jobs are manufactured to the highest standard.
Our Administration Team provides the backbone of support that keeps our operations running smoothly. They handle finances, logistics, communications and documentation with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed.
Onsite, our team of professionals is the driving force behind the physical transformation of spaces. From demolition to final touches, their expertise and commitment to excellence ensure that every aspect of the fitout process is executed flawlessly. They work closely with Project Managers and craftsmen to address any challenges and maintain progress.
Our craftsmen are the artisans of ONE68, bringing exceptional skills and attention to detail to every project. Their craftsmanship transforms materials into inspiring spaces that are both functional and beautiful from our 3,200sqm factory in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. Their dedication to quality and innovation ensures that our finished projects exceed client expectations and stand the test of time.

Our Team
Our Project Managers are the orchestrators of our success. They meticulously oversee each project from conception to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with our clients' visions. Their comprehensive approach to planning, scheduling and problem-solving guarantees that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Estimators at ONE68 play a crucial role in the initial stages of each project. Their deep understanding of market trends and cost factors allows them to provide accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring transparency and trust with our clients. They work closely with our Project Managers and the Set-Out Team to create realistic and reliable budgets.
The Set-Out Team is the bridge between design and execution. They translate intricate design concepts into detailed, actionable plans that guide the Onsite Teams. Their precision ensures that every element of the design is accurately represented, maintaining the integrity of the original vision.
