Overview: Established in 1862 as one of the first wineries in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, St Hubert's Winery has always embraced a pioneering spirit. After helping to position the region as a premium wine producing area, this winery was a champion of the Yarra Valleys wine renaissance in the 1960’s. In 2022 St Hubert's relaunched their new contemporary Cellar Door. ONE68 proudly supplied the majority of the joinery for this space. Made at our manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s South East and expertly installed by our onsite team, joinery projects are indeed a huge part of what we do.
